2010 HipHop World Awards: Wande Coal wins BIG !

The most anticipated music event in Nigeria, The 2010 HipHop World Awards has come and gone; leaving a lot of people smiling and others, well…vowing to win big next year. The biggest winner of the night was definitely Mo’hits Records’ Wande Coal, bagging 5 Headies (as the award is called) while producer extraordinaire: Don Jazzy received a heady as Producer of the Year; making Mo’hits Records the biggest winning record label of the night. The night featured a slew of performances and we’ll be bringing you a proper review soon plus pictures from the yellow carpet. For now, here’s the list of this year’s winners:

    WD taking all the award shows lack of creativity or bias am sure other award will not consider him that good.he is good no doubt what happen to his contenders.skuki deserve the award.those guy are creative!!!!!

    Kefee deserved female vocal performance awards with dat song kokoroko not lara george with keeper of my heart…no no. skuki got it cos they campaigned for votes unlike d other nominees in dat category.it was a voting category remember?

    Trust me,if Kefee was yoruba,they wouldn’t have shared her award with lara george,lara is good no doubt but judging with their songs,Kefee or Waje should ‘av gone home with award.
